I represent a wide variety of National Governing Bodies, athletes, and other participants in the Olympic movement, including litigation before courts as well as arbitrations administered by AAA and New Era ADR, as well as in proceedings before the Court of Arbitration for Sport. My counsel involves commercial, contract, governance, and other business issues faced by sports entities.
In addition, I serve in a variety of judicial and integrity functions with International Federations.
