Stephen C. Szalkowski is the Deputy Office Managing Partner in the Houston office and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. He focuses his practice on domestic energy transactions with an emphasis on acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, and private equity investments in the upstream, midstream, and water sectors of the oil and gas industry.
