Career

Stephanie Marcantonio is a Corporate partner in Crowell & Moring’s New York office, and serves as a member of the firm’s Health Care Group Steering Committee. Stephanie advises healthcare providers, payers, and tax-exempt entities on corporate, transactional, regulatory, and governance matters. She represents healthcare systems in connection with transformative transactions, including divestitures, mergers,

affiliations and joint ventures. She also acts as regulatory counsel to lenders including Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan, and Morgan Stanley in connection with healthcare financings. Stephanie was recognized as a “Next Generation Lawyer” by The Legal 500 U.S. in 2018, “Rising Star” by New York Super Lawyers in 2012-2017 and as a Super Lawyer in 2019-2020.

Personal

Stephanie received her J.D., summa cum laude, from Pace University School of Law, where she was the executive productions editor of the Pace Law Review. Stephanie currently serves as an attorney mentor through NJ LEEP (Law and Educational Empowerment Project) to high school students in the Newark, NJ area, and as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors for Support Our Aging Religious.
