Stephan Werner is founding partner of Massing Werner and was admitted to the bar in 2010. He has many years of experience in advising financial investors and corporates on national and international M&A transactions, including complex carve-outs. Stephan Werner also has broad expertise in advising real estate investors on real estate transactions. In addition to being an expert on M&A transactions, Stephan Werner advises companies, corporate groups and family-owned companies on all corporate law matters.
