Stylianos is a member of the Piraeus Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court and Council of State. Prior to founding KPP LAW, he held a managerial position in the tax department of a Big Four accounting firm and served as of counsel tax and legal advisor for an Athens-based international law firm.
With over two decades of experience in complex tax matters, Stylianos specializes in direct and indirect taxation (particularly VAT), transfer pricing, double taxation treaties, international tax law, and advising major corporations and multinational groups. He represents individuals and companies before the Administrative Courts and the Council of State.
Renowned as a leading tax litigator in Greece, Stylianos has represented major clients in landmark cases. He also possesses extensive expertise in commercial contracts and tax/legal due diligence.
Stylianos holds an LLB from the University of Athens and a postgraduate diploma in Greek Tax Law from the Athens University of Economics and Business. He is a member of the International Fiscal Association (Greek Branch), he is a prolific author on tax and legal topics, publishing articles in numerous journals and the financial press. He is a frequent speaker at tax seminars and conferences. Together with George Kerameus, Stylianos is a research associate of the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD), contributing to their publications on Greek Corporate Taxation.
