Career

Stefanie Tack is a partner and the Head of Strelia’s Employment & Benefits practice.

She counsels clients on all aspects of individual and collective labour law. She has more than 15 years of in-depth experience in labour and employment law in a broad range of industries, including retail, automotive, logistics, chemical, construction, hospitality, technology, non-profit, and food.

Stefanie is very hands-on and practical in advising her clients. Her representative matters include advising on a company’s general employment policy, the hiring and termination of personnel (including the implementation of individual dismissals and career-end scenarios), the drafting of employment-related documents and specific clauses, compensation, statutory and fringe benefits, employees’ representative bodies within the company, social elections and protected employees, health and safety at work, company restructuring (collective dismissals and division/plant/factory closures), and the labour and employment law aspects of M&A transactions.

Stefanie has developed specific expertise over the years in HR compliance aspects, especially in advising companies on how to implement and set up internal whistleblower channels, processes, and procedures.

Stefanie Tack is a highly skilled negotiator when engaging in dialogues with counterparties and trade unions. She is also a reliable leader in guiding and defending clients throughout all phases of labour inspections, internal HR audits, and litigation before Belgian courts.
