Stefan Demmel

Career

Stefan Demmel is a patent attorney and has been practicing intellectual property since more than 5 years. Until he joined BDPE in 2023, his main focus was on drafting patent applications as well as on patent prosecution. Beyond his comprehensive knowledge in claim drafting, he contributes an extensive technical knowledge. At BDPE, he is actively involved in patent litigation proceedings.

Stefan is admitted to practice as a patent attorney since October 2022. His technical expertise extends in particular to the fields of communications engineering, electrical engineering, semiconductor technology, heating engineering, mechanical engineering, data processing and software.

During his studies in electrical engineering and information technology at the Technical University of Munich, he was able to acquire both broad and in-depth technical knowledge, especially in the field of communications and high-frequency engineering.
