Spencer Topham is a corporate partner in the Salt Lake City office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Spencer's practice focuses on representing private equity sponsors, as well as public and private company clients in complex business transactions, including strategic mergers, acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures, debt and equity restructurings, leveraged buyouts and related general corporate counseling.

He also represents private investment firms in a variety of secondary and other liquidity solutions transactions, including GP led secondaries, investor representation in secondary transactions, and sponsor representation in strategic minority GP stakes transactions.
