Practice Areas
Sophealeak Ing has extensive experiences in agribusiness, real estate, energy & natural resources, and infrastructure. He has been involved in some of the largest building and infrastructure projects in Cambodia, such as mixed-use development, retail malls, luxury hotels, special economic zones (SEZ), medical facilities and energy infrastructure.
He is generally known as a leading lawyer in agro-industrial business and economic land concessions.
He also has broad experience in energy projects in Cambodia, both in conventional (mainly coal-fired) and renewable energy (mainly hydropower, and solar), having advised clients on market entry, regulatory and operational matters in the area of power generation and energy infrastructure.
He is active in various regulatory initiatives engaged by the government in the areas of real estate, construction, environment, mining, and tourism & hospitality.

Career
Sophealeak Ing is a member to the Bar Association of Cambodia, and also a notary public. Before founding ANANT Law firm Firm in January 2024, he was one of the three founding partners of Bun & Associates from 2007 to 2023.
Sophealeak Ing obtained his Master Degree in Private Business Law from Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University in Lyon, France. He holds two Bachelor Degrees, one of Private Law from Lumière Lyon 2 University in France, and a separate Bachelor Degree in Cambodian Law from RULE. He is fluent in English, Khmer and French.
