Sopen Shah is an award-winning writer and experienced oral advocate. She has successfully handled a broad range of complex litigation from trial to appeal, including in the U.S. Supreme Court. Sopen represents global leaders in technology, healthcare, finance, manufacturing, real estate, food, and consumer goods.

Sopen is an adjunct professor at the University of Wisconsin Law School, a Member of the American Law Institute, and a recipient of the State Bar of Wisconsin’s biennial “Best Brief” award. She was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and a financial analyst at Bloomberg LP before becoming a lawyer.
