She is primarily experienced in pharmaceutical and healthcare law, including cosmetics, food supplements, and medical devices (life sciences), also dealing with regulatory and compliance issues.

She chairs supervisory bodies under Legislative Decree 231/2001 for pharmaceutical and healthcare companies.

Additionally, she provides legal advice and assistance, both judicial and extrajudicial, to businesses and trade associations primarily operating in the pharmaceutical, medical device, healthy food products, and cosmetics sectors.

Before joining Astolfi e Associati Studio Legale, of which she a partner, she was a member of prof. lwy. Michele Tamburini's law firm in Milan, growing experience in the international law field.

Later, she was appointed head of the internal legal office of an important Italian pharmaceutical company.

She has collaborated with the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Pavia, delivering lectures in the administrative law course on the topic of drug approval processes for market access.

She gives lectures at conferences and congresses and provides training in the pharmaceutical and healthcare fields, including continuing medical education (CME) for healthcare professionals.

She is Responsible Editor of the journal “Rassegna di diritto farmaceutico e della salute”.

She is a board member of an important italian private hospital group, accredited to the healthcare national system.

She is a board member of an important italian food industry.
