Since joining ONV LAW in 2011, Sînziana specializes in Public Procurement, PPP & Concessions, Public Utility Services, Administrative Law, and Construction Law.

She provides legal assistance to public authorities and private companies in complex infrastructure, energy, construction, and public utilities projects, handling all stages of public procurement and concessions contracts.

Litigation is her core strength; she advises clients on challenging documents issued by contracting authorities before courts and administrative bodies like the CNSC (National Council for Solving Complaints).
