Parthiv Rishi is a partner in Sidley’s Private Equity and M&A practice based in Singapore. He has 20 years of experience advising clients, in particular private equity, venture capital, sovereign wealth and other financial sponsors and their portfolio companies on complex and cross-border transactions - including acquisitions, investments, divestments, venture and growth capital financings, restructurings, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements.

Parthiv advises clients on the entire investment cycle – from early stage through to pre-IPO fundraise and investment rounds, as well as on minority, hybrid, control and buy-out transactions.

Parthiv has deep experience across a range of sectors including technology, consumer, fintech and financial services, healthcare, energy transition and renewables, and infrastructure. Parthiv advises on transactions across Southeast Asia and India and brings a wealth of experience having previously practiced in London, New York and Hong Kong.
