Sinath Un is a founding partner of SDS & PARTNERS with over 17 years of experience practicing law in the business sector, providing strategic counsel in banking, finance, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities. He has held senior leadership positions in law firms, advising on high-profile transactions, developing legal strategies, and managing client relationships.

Earlier in his career, Sinath worked as a consultant and researcher, contributing to significant reports on trade barriers, child rights, and juvenile justice. He also has academic experience, delivering lectures on legal topics and supporting the development of Cambodia’s legal professionals.
