Simran Joshi

Simran is an associate in the Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency group at Reconstruct LLP. She advises clients on a broad range of restructuring and insolvency matters, including proceedings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, out-of-court restructurings, and related transactional matters.
