Simona has over 24 years of professional experience in the real estate and infrastructure legal field. She built her career over 12 years at the law firm Ellex and a further 12 years at Cobalt, where she led the Real Estate and Infrastructure practice group.

She has extensive experience advising Lithuanian and international investors on some of the largest real estate, energy, and infrastructure transactions and projects in the market.

Simona is consistently recognised by leading international legal directories, including Chambers Europe and The Legal 500. She is ranked Band 1 in Real Estate by Chambers and recognised as a Leading Partner in both Real Estate and Projects & Energy by The Legal 500.
