Simona is co-founding partner of LGV Avvocati. With more than 30 year experience representing national and international clients, she is one of the leading IP experts in Italy, representing clients in the fields of software, videogames, broadcasting, audio-visual works, music, sports, apparel, fashion, automotive, online services. She is especially recognised as highly specialized in copyright, IT and TMT, assisting leading companies in key litigation and out-of-court matters. She also provides thorough advice in relation to trademarks, patents and designs, as well as know-how and unfair competition, and has broad experience in lobbying activities. She manages enforcement programs across the entire Italian territory and has been frequently involved in leading cross-border litigation.
