Simon Hohler has been involved in numerous institutional arbitrations (e.g. Swiss Arbitration Centre, International Chamber of Commerce ICC, Court of Arbitration for Sport CAS and Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre HKIAC) and ad hoc arbitrations, and represented clients in various state court proceedings, including the obtaining and defending against interim measures, the freezing of assets as well as the enforcement of judgments.

Career

Simon Hohler is admitted to all Swiss courts. Educated at the Universities of Lucerne and Neuchâtel (MLaw, 2008), he obtained an LL.M. in International Business Regulation, Litigation and Arbitration from the New York University School of Law (2014). Simon Hohler is an Arbitration Practitioner of the Swiss Arbitration Academy (ArbP, 2015) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb, 2018).

Simon Hohler is the Co-Chair of the ASA Local Group Central Switzerland. He is a member of the Zug Bar Association, the Swiss Bar Association, the International Bar Association (IBA), Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA), the Austrian Arbitration Practitioners (Arb|Aut) and the German Arbitration Institute (DIS).
