Simon Fisher

Simon Fisher is a partner in the Banking & Finance practice of the London office.

Simon’s practice is focused on secured asset-based lending (ABL) transactions, particularly large syndicated cross border and trans-Atlantic ABL transactions, where he represents some of the world’s largest banks and financial institutions. He frequently works with colleagues in the US and European offices, as well as a network of contacts in third party firms to provide a seamless cross border service to the firm’s clients.

Simon also represents sponsors, corporates and financial institutions in subscription-backed credit facilities as well as acting for financial institutions and companies across a broad spectrum of domestic and international corporate and commercial financing transactions.

Simon joined Mayer Brown as a trainee in September 1997, qualified into the Banking and Finance Group in 1999 and was made partner in 2012.
