Silvia is a co–founding partner at SI – Studio Inzaghi and advises both national and international clients in navigating the town planning and construction aspects of real estate transactions. She has a strong background advising clients from the due diligence phase to the subsequent development of the asset.
Silvia has a strong experience in drafting town planning variations and implementation plans, including negotiating the town planning agreements, as well as guiding clients through the entitlement phase.
She also brings significant experience in emerging and strategic sectors, including the authorization and development of data centers. She advises clients across the full spectrum of regulatory and permitting matters, from planning and building compliance to power connectivity and supply, as well as environmental assessments, delivering commercially focused and solution-oriented guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Silvia focuses on various matters, including public contracts, particularly in the context of public works, public–private partnerships, and environmental law. This encompasses assessment procedures such as EIA and SEA, permits like IPPC, and the remediation of polluted sites, all within the framework of urban regeneration efforts.
She is involved in the most important local planning and urban regeneration projects in Milan and across Italy as well as several construction and refurbishment projects of important sports facilities.
With regards to local planning and urban regeneration, her most important mandates include the redevelopment of disused railway yards in Milan (the so-called “Accordo di Programma Scali”).
She began her career as Associate at Villata, Degli Esposti e Associati before gaining further experience at DLA Piper. She subsequently became a Partner at Belvedere Inzaghi & Partners and is now a Co-Founding Partner at Studio Inzaghi.
