Silke Möller is member of the founding team of GLADE MICHEL WIRTZ and partner in the COMPETITION practice. She has extensive experience in representing companies from diverse sectors in transnational merger control proceedings and multijurisdictional leniency filings. Another focus of her work is the defense in cartel proceedings. Her expertise extends to co-operations between competitors also regarding innovative business models for the digital age (including the FCO's leading case on digital trading platforms and a uniform digital payment system in the German banking sector).
Silke Möller studied law at the Universities of Münster and Barcelona. During her LL.M.-studies at King's College London she concentrated on European competition law. She was awarded a doctorate from the University of Bonn with a comparative thesis on European and US-American antitrust law. W@Competition has honored Silke as one of the "40 in their 40s – Notable Women Competition Professionals in Europe, the Americas and Africa", and in the select ranking "Women in Antitrust 2021" Global Competition Review recognizes her as one of the leading antitrust experts worldwide.
She is a member of the IBA's Antitrust Section, the Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht, the Clasf, the ECLA, and the German-American Lawyers’ Association.
