Shirin has over 20 years’ experience in private equity and M&A transactions across Southeast Asia, China, and the United States. She handles complex and innovative transactions, including joint ventures, fund formations, cross-border club deals and consortium transactions, portfolio restructuring and exits across a range of industries. She has advised on transactions worth over US$60 billion in aggregate during the past two years. She also serves as managing partner of Morrison & Foerster in Singapore.
