Shila Keshvari

Shila has a wealth of experience in all manner of cases. She frequently represents clients in serious and organised crime matters; including murder, serious drug offences, money laundering, sexual offences, kidnap, robbery and torture matters. Shila has expertise in cash forfeiture and other confiscation procedures and regularly advises clients facing these matters. She has recently been involved in a number of ‘right to be forgotten’ cases.

Shila is a fluent Farsi speaker and is renowned for her client care, which has led to a popular and loyal following in the local community. This has enabled Shila to have an extensive own-client base, both private and legal aid funded. When acting in high-profile cases, Shila does so with the utmost discretion.

Since September 2018 Shila has been the managing partner of Edward Fail, Bradshaw and Waterson having joined the firm in 2005 and becoming a partner in 2008.
