Sherry Liu also specializes in providing efficient and practical compliance legal services for enterprises in areas such as equity investment and bidding. She has obtained the Certified Enterprise Risk Manager and serves as a member of the M&A and Restructuring Business Research Committee of the Shanghai Lawyer Association. She was awarded the Outstanding Member in 2021.
