Shaun has vast experience dealing with large and complex cross-border restructurings across Asia, with a strong focus on South Asia including India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore.
Shaun Langhorne leads Hogan Lovells' Restructuring practice in Asia and has been regularly recognised as a leading lawyer for Restructuring and Insolvency. Shaun is the president of the Southeast Asia chapter of the Turnaround Management Association, an INSOL Fellow, and is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong and as a barrister and solicitor in Melbourne, Australia.
