Shaun’s work includes advising on regulatory compliance matters, data breach coaching, representing clients before privacy commissioners and the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission, and drafting commercial IT agreements. Shaun has over 20 years’ experience in the privacy field: he began his career as a policy analyst in the federal government working on the development and implementation of privacy and anti-spam legislation, before attending law school and practicing as a lawyer, first in a national firm, and then with nNovation LLP.
Shaun is a co-author of The Law of Privacy in Canada, a ThomsonReuters publication that covers all areas of privacy law in Canada.
