Shaul, the firm's managing partner and head of the litigation department, possesses extensive expertise across various legal fields, including commercial litigation, administrative law, banking, digital currencies, commercial and corporate law, labor law, tender law, and class actions.

Shaul’s distinguished experience encompasses representing corporations and individuals in all judicial instances and government institutions, as well as in arbitrations and mediations. He is adept at negotiating on behalf of clients in a wide range of cases under his management.

Shaul advises companies and individuals involved in this field on diverse legal matters, such as civil claims against banks and administrative proceedings with state authorities.

Notably, he represented Bits of Gold in a landmark appeal to the Israeli Supreme Court (EA 6389/17). The Court ruled in favor of the client, permitting Bits of Gold to maintain its account at Bank Leumi for cryptocurrency trading. This decision not only enabled the company to continue its operations but also established a significant global precedent, influencing the cryptocurrency sector worldwide and shifting the Israeli Government’s approach to digital currencies.

Shaul also has substantial expertise in class action lawsuits, representing both plaintiffs and defendants throughout all legal stages. His portfolio includes leading high-profile, complex class actions in the high-tech and technology sectors, including cases against major tech companies such as Apple, WhatsApp, and Google.
