Sharmon is a Partner and Deputy Chair of the Private Client and Wealth Management practice group at Higgs & Johnson. Sharmon currently serves as a Director of the Bahamas Financial Services Board and is a member and former Director of STEP (Bahamas).

Sharmon has practiced for over twenty years' and has experience advising on trust and estate planning, trust administration, private wealth management, wills and probate, and international commercial contracts. Her expertise also spans maritime and commercial litigation, ship financing, and regulatory matters in banking and insurance.
