Shamima Begum

Shamima is a Legal Director in the Private Client team at NSS Legal Limited with approximately 15 years’ experience. She advises high net worth individuals including directors, partners, entrepreneurial and family businesses, artists and sports personalities across their estate planning to ensure their wealth is secured for future generations.

Her work includes structuring Wills in a tax efficient manner, trusts, succession planning for family businesses, lifetime gifts, preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorneys (for both personal and business use). She also deals with substantial and complex estate administration, including resealing of foreign grants. Many of Shamima’s instructions often involve international assets and interests, and she will regularly adopt a collaborative approach, working alongside other advisers across multiple jurisdictions.
