As regards telecommunications, he has more than 20 years' experience of the Electronic Communications Code (and its predecessor) and also advises on other contractual and general commercial issues. His arbitration practice includes instructions in major (US$1 billion+) oil and gas disputes as well as references relating to electricity supply and infrastructure. He also regularly acts in general commercial disputes in the civil courts.
