Séverine Schrameck’s practice focuses on EU and French competition law.
Séverine has extensive experience in all fields of competition law, including merger control, antitrust, and cartel cases before both the European Commission and the French Competition Authority (“FCA”). She has advised on the competition aspects of numerous cross-border transactions, such as the Veolia/Suez and Essilor/Luxottica mergers, as well as the FCA Elsan/HSM phase 2 merger. On the cartel front, she advised on the global cartel investigations by the European Commission into possible price-fixing in the automotive parts industry, as well as a number of cases before the FCA, including the on-going BPA investigation.
Séverine has also worked on foreign investment control issues and has experience in French public law.
Joined the firm in 2012; became a partner in 2019.
Member of the Paris Bar.
Graduated from HEC Paris (2010); LLM, University of Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne (2007); Master’s Degree, University of Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne (2006); graduated from Institut d'Études Politiques of Paris (2005).
Séverine lectures on competition law at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po) and on corporate governance at HEC Paris.
