Seung Il Hong's principal areas of practice include capital markets, corporate financing, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and foreign investments. Mr. Hong is also experienced in international arbitration and litigation, financial litigation, aircraft financing and ship financing. He is also providing routine legal advice on various financial regulations under applicable laws including the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act for clients including governments, public corporations, financial and non-financial companies.

Since he joined Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2009, he represented and advised clients on many high-profile domestic and international initial public offerings and listings, securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions of financial or non-financial companies and offshore project financing.
