Sergey is a partner and a head of the Consumer and Retail industry group at Aequo.
He is a competition law expert who has specialized in this area of law all his career.
Sergey advises clients on various competition issues, including those related to merger clearance, unfair commercial practices and competition compliance. He has extensive experience representing clients in competition investigations initiated by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
Sergey has participated in a number of complex due diligence exercises in the retail, dairy and financial sectors, with a particular focus on competition compliance and regulatory issues.
