Pavlo Byelousov

For over the past 15 years, Pavlo has been specialising in international arbitration and litigation, with a particular focus on investment, commercial and energy-related disputes. He is frequently instructed to advise and represent clients in their investment disputes and related settlement negotiations vis-à-vis states under bilateral investment treaties, the Energy Charter Treaty, etc.

As a practising advocate, Pavlo regularly represents clients before arbitral tribunals under a variety of arbitration rules and before courts, including Ukraine’s Supreme Court. He has also served as an arbitrator in over 25 cases as a party/institution-appointed arbitrator and chair. He has unique expertise and an impeccable record in setting aside and enforcement of foreign judgment and awards proceedings in Ukraine and other countries.
