Sébastien leads the Baker McKenzie London Real Estate Finance practice. He is a banking & finance partner that specialises in real estate finance, real estate private equity and special situations investments. Sébastien advises a mix of lenders and sponsors in these areas on UK and European transactions. He has extensive experience in financing a broad range of asset classes including strong experience in the hotel sector and also on complex structured transactions and junior financings with an equity component. Sebastien also sits on the Global Real Estate Finance steering committee.
