Sebastian D'Acunto is the vice chair of the firm's Trusts and Estates practice and counsels clients in general estate planning and business succession planning. Sebastian works collaboratively with his clients and their financial and insurance advisors and routinely advises individuals, families and business owners on effective strategies to govern and preserve assets and transfer wealth to the next generation while minimizing estate tax and generation-skipping transfer tax exposure.

Sebastian’s experience includes helping individuals prepare, execute and implement estate planning documents from simple wills, living wills and powers of attorney to complex tax planning and asset preservation trusts, as well as implementing lifetime gifting and asset divestiture strategies. In addition to estate planning, Sebastian helps clients navigate the probate court process in settling decedents’ estates and in administering various types of trusts. Clients often lean on Sebastian and Pullman's team of highly skilled and compassionate paralegals during these difficult times.
