Sean Muntz

Sean D. Muntz is a founding partner and the Managing Partner of RMO LLP, where he helps lead the firm and its private wealth disputes practice. A seasoned trial lawyer, Sean has spent years litigating complex, high-stakes trust, estate, conservatorship, and fiduciary disputes on behalf of beneficiaries, heirs, trustees, executors, conservators, and other fiduciaries in matters involving trust and will contests, breach of fiduciary duty, undue influence, incapacity, fraud, financial elder abuse, contested accountings, and related private wealth disputes. He is an accomplished trial and appellate attorney with experience in California state and federal courts, arbitration, mediation, and other contested proceedings.
