Scott also handles anti-cybersquatting, counterfeiting, and deceptive trade practices cases. His clients range from small start-up companies to Fortune 500 enterprises. Regardless of their size, Scott offers tailored solutions for each client from pre-litigation counseling to litigation alternatives, including post-grant proceedings like inter partes reviews and ex parte re-examinations.
