Scott Friedman

Mr. Friedman provides representation in all aspects of family relations law including, divorces and dissolutions with complex financial matters, child custody, post-decree matters including child custody and child support modifications, pre-marital and post-nuptial agreements. Scott is also a certified family law mediator and certified family law arbitrator.

Scott has worked in legal services consecutively for 27 years with the majority being in the family law sector. His practice includes handling complex financial matters, child custody, dissolutions, post decree support and custody modifications, and pre-marital and post-nuptial agreements. He has extensive family law trial experience, and while it is his goal to resolve matters out of court, he is extremely comfortable taking a case to trial, if necessary.

Mr. Friedman was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. He is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Florida. He is married, has three children, two stepchildren, and a dog named Lincoln. Mr. Friedman is a fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes. He loves to ski, exercise, play pickleball, read and strives to have a positive work-life balance.
