Scott St. Marie has practiced mediation, arbitration and construction litigation for over 40 years, involving a wide variety of construction and surety disputes in many states across the country. For the last decade, Scott's practice has been devoted exclusively to acting as the resolver in the mediation and arbitration of construction disputes, along with service on a contract review board.
