He has focused on aviation law, commercial and corporate law and the implementation of projects and infrastructure in Portugal and Africa in a variety of sectors. Saul has extensive experience in negotiating and implementing contracts in the aviation sector, as well as advising on the regulatory aspects of the sector.

He has also served as an in‑house lawyer at Portugal’s flag carrier.

Saul completed postgraduate studies in energy law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and in commercial law at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
