Following a premature birth, failure to give steroids leading to respiratory distress syndrome and intraventricular haemorrhage leading to permanent brain damage – settlement of £10m plus on full valuation.
Failure to adequately control hypertension leading to subarachnoid haemorrhage – settlement terms were lump sum of £1,787,500.00 and periodical payments of £65,000 per year for four years, then £132,500 per year for our clients' lifetime.
