Head of the Court of Protection (health & welfare) and mental health law teams at Switalskis Solicitors. Practices mental capacity and mental health law before the Court of Protection and First Tier Tribunal (mental health). Also represents families in Coroners Inquests where the death arose in a mental health setting. Senior Associate Lecturer at Leeds Beckett University on BIA and AMHP courses and presents legal updates to s.12 and approved clinicians at the Andrew Sims Centre.
