Sarah is a partner on Mason Hayes & Curran’s Fintech team. Sarah has over 11 years’ experience and advises a number of clients that have a focus on innovative Fintech solutions. These clients include electronic money institutions, insurance undertakings and payment service providers.

Sarah also regularly advises clients on the impact of regulatory issues on the introduction of new technology and works with these clients to obtain regulatory approvals where necessary. Some of Sarah’s more recent work has included advising one of the largest cryptocurrency providers in the world on licencing and advising two household names in the electronic money industry on governance issues and the regulatory impact on a proposed new product launch.
