Sarah has been advising clients in the art sector for nearly twenty years. Sarah is a Partner in Withers' Business Division, and assists her clients with all their art business-related matters; both advisory and transactional. She is deeply immersed in the art and luxury goods industries working with artists and their estates, collectors, galleries, agents, brokers, and other industry players, as well as luxury brands on all their business matters. As part of her role as trusted adviser to artists and entrepreneurs, Sarah frequently helps her clients reach a solution in times of dispute.

Sarah is a frequent panel speaker, and her views on art law and business have been sought by various publications including the Financial Times and Bloomberg Law. She is a regular contributor to Apollo Magazine, and has lectured at the Sotheby’s Institute of Art.

Personal

Sarah sits on the Advisory Council for ArtClear and sat on the Advisory Council for CIRCA Art. She is the former Chairman of the RA Schools’ Patrons Committee, and sat on the Arts & Heritage Giving Committee for one of the UK’s largest philanthropic foundations.
