Sara Reid is the founder of REID Legal, a boutique law firm trusted by institutional and private clients for sophisticated real estate transactions and complex commercial leasing. After more than a decade at top-tier national firms, Sara launched REID Legal to deliver highly specialized legal advice with a pragmatic and results-driven approach.

Recognized as one of Quebec’s leading real estate lawyers, Sara is known for her strategic insight, sound legal judgment, and ability to resolve complex legal and commercial issues with efficiency. Her clientele includes major corporations, institutional investors, real estate funds, developers, and private asset managers.

Before founding her firm, Sara was a partner at Fasken LLP and previously practiced at Dentons LLP and Heenan Blaikie LLP, where she acted on behalf of national clients in real estate capital markets transactions. She is a former Chair of the Canadian Bar Association’s National Real Property Law Section.
