Sandrine Gardel joined Opleo Avocats in November 2016 as Counsel. She was promoted to Partner in January 2018 and now heads the firm’s employment law practice. Sandrine is involved in all areas of employment and labour law and provides the firm’s clientele (primarily directors and executives) with advice on sensitive individual and collective industrial relations, including structuring and negotiating compensation, benefits & departure packages, CBAs, corporate governance and defending clients in employment law related litigation.
Prior to joining Opleo Avocats Sandrine worked at Cleary Gottlieb (2012-2016) and Jones Day (2010-2012).
