Sandra is a Senior Associate with over 10 years’ experience advising significant clients on a wide range of labour and employment, and social security matters, providing advice on everything from disciplinary actions, employment contracts, benefits schemes, to union relations and outsourcing strategies, among others. She regularly leads workshops and talks on harassment, disciplinary proceedings, and other key topics and has written a number of articles on relevant employment matters.

Sandra is a lawyer from Universidad Santo Tomás and holds a degree in Labour and Employment from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.

Sandra has built an impressive reputation over recent years, to the point that on 2022, she was listed as one of tomorrow´s leaders on the International Employment Lawyer publication and should now be considered as a prime candidate for a Star Associate/Associate to Watch ranking.
