She has built up a strong experience with clients including international companies (mainly mid and large cap companies), entrepreneurs, investors or institutions in their corporate, financing, structuring or restructuring (carve-out, special situation, distress M&A), insolvency and liquidation proceedings operations. She has significant experience in multinational transactions and litigations.

Sandra Esquiva-Hesse is a member of several professional associations. She is Vice-President of the International Women's Forum France and a member of IFPPC, AFFIC, ARE and the French-American Foundation. She is also a Trustee of the Hertford British Hospital Charity.
