After more than 15 years' experience working with French and foreign companies and major groups in business law (in particular contracts, litigation, corporate law and restructuring), Samira has focused more specifically on advising on mergers, disposals and private equity transactions (development capital, venture capital and LBOs). She advises investment funds, companies and groups of minority shareholders, and is also involved in preventing and handling conflicts between shareholders, notably through mediation.
Education: Postgraduate degree in general private law, University of Paris V; admitted to the Paris Bar in 1984; Mediator (Armédis, 2008).
